Housing facilities

Dormitories

A dormitory is a furnished single room with a shower and a washbasin. In the dormitory building, the residents dispose of the following common rooms: a kitchen (kitchenware to provide by yourself), a television room/a sitting room, Wifi internet access (monthly subscribtion), a room with washing machines and a dryer.

  • Rent: 209,63 EUR/month or 299,22 EUR/month, heating and electricity included
  • Minimum rent period = ½ month
  • Sheets: 6 EUR/month
  • Deposit: 150 EUR
  • Wifi internet access: 15 EUR/month

Communal house

In the communal house, the residents dispose of the following common rooms: a kitchen, a living room with television, a garage with washing machine, a garden and internet access.

There are 3 double rooms and 2 single rooms

  • Rent double room: 364,72 EUR/month, heating and electricity included
  • Rent singel room: 257,55 EUR/month or 307,68 EUR/month, heating and electricity included
  • Sheets: 6 EUR/month
  • Deposit: 150 EUR

Studios

Single studio, furnished: Living room, bathroom, kitchenette.

  • Rent: 377,81 EUR, heating and electricity included
  • Deposit: 370 EUR

Double studio, furnished: Living room, bathroom, bedroom, kitchenette.

  • Rent: 459,42 EUR/month, heating and electricity included
  • Deposit: 450 EUR

All studio's

  • Telephone and internet connection is possible
  • Term of notice: 3 months
  • Parking place under the building, rent: 9,05 EUR/month

Terras houses

Living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, garden.

  • Rent: from 523,59 EUR/month, heating and electricity not included
  • Deposit: 2 months rent
  • Term of notice: 3 months

Villas

Detached house, living room, office, lumber room, garage, 3-5 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, attic, garden.

  • Rent: from 693,12 EUR to 905,87 EUR/month, depending on the type, heating and electricity not included
  • Deposit: 2 months rent
  • Term of notice: 3 months

Garages

  • Rent: 25,79 EUR/month

Bike rental

  • Rent: 8 EUR/month
  • Minimum rent period = ½ month
  • Deposit: 100 EUR
